Over the past two decades, Dr. Jana Rieger has held roles as a professor, clinician, researcher, author and now, entrepreneur. Fueled by her creative nature, Jana has excelled in building health and research programs from scratch, was inspired to write a novel, and has spun out a business from the University of Alberta to commercialize a remote digital technology that has the potential to change the lives of millions of people globally. At the heart of all she does is Joseph Campbell’s notion of “following your bliss”.
