Jennifer Hadley is a natural born leader who has always taken an interest in building communities, empowering others and being a cheerleader to many. This self-described insatiable learner is eager to study and expand her knowledge and experience in almost every category. There is rarely a day in which she is not in a course or seminar learning new skills and concepts, and sharpening her abilities and confidence in her business.

She holds a business degree, an event management certificate, and a project management certificate from Calgary’s Mount Royal University.

While maintaining her event planning business Twēk Consulting, Hadley has also launched her life coaching business Fierce Mom Personal Coaching to help others flourish in their own lives. She has a coaching certification from the Certified Coach’s Federation.

In her career as an event strategist and planner, Jennifer was highly sought after for organizing corporate events, fundraisers, galas, brand launches, and life cycle events. She had a passion for creating events that left her clients and their guests elated, while withholding the stressors and surprises that happened behind the scenes – oh yes, she’s had to put her cake decorating skills to work when things literally went sideways! Her career in event planning has pivoted due to Covid-19 and the unfortunate turn for the event industry world-wide, however her love for coaching has truly been her calling and she is grateful for the push that the pandemic brought on for her to make the change she’s always felt in her heart that she needed to make.

Hadley is trilingual — fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew and has a good understanding of French and Spanish. She has also studied Greek and Italian in her travels. Her love of languages and cultures has shaped her passion for community building and social integration. Her world travels have also added great spice to her love of cooking, and her dinner guests will all tell you that she is the hostess with the mostest.

Hadley’s greatest accomplishment and source of pride are her kids. Being a mom has shaped her life into one that she is passionate to share. They motivate her to be a good role model for them every day. Whether it’s volunteering in their activities, coaching their teams, or hosting events to keep their friends and family close, her kids are the heart of her inspiration.

“Everything I do has to do with my kids in some way; my work schedule, my volunteering… Everything revolves around my kids’ needs and my own need to be present in their lives,” she says.

Her past experiences have brought her to a point that makes her excited for the future. As her event business takes her on adventures that she never could have imagined, her personal goals have pushed her to getting the most out of life. Hadley is unapologetically living her true passion, and through her life coaching business she encourages her clients to do the same.

“While it’s easy to dwell on past hurts and let them block our progress, I show my clients how to move past them and build a life they don’t want to escape from!”
