Roman is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in start ups, capital raising, international business, real estate, industrial engineering projects and technology development.

Roman lived in Europe for nearly a decade, particularly in post communist Eastern Europe, where he picked up several languages and refined his international business acumen.

Driven by his desire to make the world a better place and put his skills to work, in 2011 Roman founded the company Sustainable Waste Solutions Inc. (SWS) where he financed and built a small 30 t/ day waste processing plant in Alberta. Roman subsequently founded Green Tire Technology Ltd. (GTT), where he developed a state of the art technology solution capable of extracting the maximum value from waste tires.

Roman has recently founded ECHO Re-Sources Inc. ECHO is focused on extracting the maximum value from waste plastics and is currently developing a novel reactor prototype that has potential to disrupt the industry.

Roman continues relentless study in various forms of engineering, financial markets/ structuring, legal/ accounting methods and modern sales/ marketing techniques which has positioned him as a respected resource in both the capital and waste-processing arenas.
